cardio – its the only fat burning exercise – running, jogging, swimming, rope jumping, hiking etc., eat healthy and drink plenty of water.
there is no specific exercise you can do because all exercises that target your thighs and butt only build muscle – they do not burn fat.

tried the freeze away. it burns the skin around the wart, leaving a red/brown mark that has lasted a week. i won,t do it again. i tried it on a skin tag. too good of a blood supply. they shrivel, then rebloom. waste of money.
