Facial Exercises – Do They Work?
You’ve heard all the talk about Botox and it’s affect on wrinkles. Heck, you can’t turn on the TV or open a magazine without seeing an ad for the latest anti-wrinkle cream or facial filler. Everywhere you look it seems like there is some new product that claims to be the answer to getting rid of wrinkles and firming facial skin.
The problem with all of these things is that they cost money – sometimes a lot of money. Not only that, but many of the so-called “miracle” creams don’t deliver on their promises.
What if you could get the same or better results by simply exercising your face? Think about it for a minute. If you want your body to look firmer and more toned, what do you do? You exercise it, right?
Well the same is true for your face. If you do facial exercises specifically aimed at targeting wrinkles and sagging you can tone and tighten your face and neck and decrease your wrinkles.
In your face the skin is actually directly attached to the muscle. That means that when the muscles gets weak and sag your facial skin sags right along with them. However, when you exercise those muscles they firm up and plump up. The result is that sagging is reduced, wrinkles are smoothed and hollow spots are filled in to give the face a more youthful appearance.
This unique, all natural approach to anti-aging is quickly gaining popularity. If you are interested in seeing if it might work for you, I’d encourage you to learn more about it (including the pros and cons and what the experts have to say)
