CANCELLATIONS

Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for single spa services or a $25 dollar cancellation fee will apply.

PRODUCT PURCHASE & RETURNS

Our skincare product lines are key elements in maintaining the experience at home. Trial sizes are given at the first consultation to ensure against allergic reactions. For your convenience, we also gladly accept orders by phone. We are sorry, but due to sanitary conditions, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on opened retail items. If you have a reaction to any product, we will gladly take back the unused product and refund your money with photo of the reaction in addition to filling out a reaction form. Thank you for your understanding.

CELL PHONES AND PAGERS

In order to maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we request that you turn your cell phone and/or pager off when visiting the spa.

VALUABLES

Please leave your valuables at home. Many of our treatments require removal of jewelry. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories.

SHOULD I SHAVE PRIOR TO MY SPA SERVICE?

We recommend you do not shave before any of our exfoliating services. We suggest that men shave two hours prior to experiencing a facial.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included in any of our pricing. However gratuities are greatly appreciated.

Are you Web friendly? Be sure to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you of last minute appointment changes or availabilities and special discounts and promotions.

The confidence you show by referring your friends is the greatest compliment, for which we are extremely thankful. We offer you specials, promotions and other incentives to extend our gratitude.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Yes. Gift Certificates are available in any amount for services or products and make wonderful gifts. They can be purchased either in person or by calling 954-709-0597. Gift certificates are non refundable and have no expiration date.
